About Frazer
I'm Frazer Lewis, and I've spent more than two decades helping organisations get their operations working properly - process design, automation, systems integration, and turning messy day-to-day reality into something reliable.
I've worked for commercial businesses, education management clients and not-for-profits.
I'm usually brought in when the technology exists but isn't actually doing its job.
This tool exists because of a pattern I kept seeing.
Transformation projects rarely fail because of the technology itself - they fail because nobody agreed what problem they were solving, the process being automated was never properly understood, or the people affected weren't brought along. Or all of the above!
I've worked on projects where almost none of the eight foundations in this review were in place before day one, and watched the rework, scope creep and stalled adoption that followed. The organisations that get this right aren't smarter - they just did the unglamorous groundwork first.
When clients bring me in early enough to help with that groundwork, the results tend to speak for themselves: a three-day manual reporting task cut to two hours, a multi-stakeholder rollout delivered on time and on budget despite a genuinely complex landscape.
Result - admin burden reduced enough that staff got meaningful time back. None of that comes from clever technology - it comes from getting the foundations right before building starts, which is exactly what this review is designed to help you check.
